* Fixed "Unclosed client session" when initialization of
:py:class:`~aiohttp.ClientSession` fails
* Fixed regression (from :pr:`8280`) with adding Content-
Disposition to the form-data part after appending to writer
* Added default Content-Disposition in multipart/form-data
