- Update to 0.12.1:
  * remove version_info attribute from version.py
  * add support for Python 3.14 PR #219
  * support for Final in member annotations, which sets the member setattr
    mode as read-only PR #249
  * support for NewType instances in all places in which a type is
    accepted PR #218
