Dirk Mueller d63bdddfea - update to 0.22.1: ...

* Only include the source code in the source distribution. This
    reduces the size of the source distribution from ~200kB to ~30kB.
  * Fix the return type hint of bidict.inverted() to return an
    Iterator, rather than an Iterable
