- Update to 0.12.2
    * simplify use of pyfilesystem2 API in test suite
    * bump fonttools >= 4.59, remove fs dependency
  - Remove unzip package from BuildRequires
  - Switch source archive format to TAR.GZ
  - Drop support for older Python versions
  - Use Python 3.11 on SLE-15 by default
