- update to 4.6.1:
* `ESP32-S3 USB-Serial/JTAG`: Fix incorrect RTC WDT registers
to avoid resets during flashing.

`get_{major,minor}_chip_version`.
* `image_info`: Removed check that reserved bytes in the image
header are zero, which would break chip type autodetection.
