Don't recommend python-hypothesmith.

It's not used anywhere, beside internal tests.

Also hypothesmith pulls hypothesis, which recommends a ton of other packages. In the end if you want to install a simple pylint (which requires isort), you get recommended pandas, Django and QtPy.
