- Update to 1.4.18

- Use github source url instead of pypy as it contains tests 
- Use correct openSUSE project url
- Fix issues with optparse call in pytest
- Fix pytest issues on python2
- Add missing dependency on icalendar (schedule integration)
- Add dependencies for pytest execution
