Dirk Mueller 9c6f2c82c2 - update to 1.1.1: 
- Strip UTF-16 BOM (U+FEFF) from start of file
  - Message context (msgctxt) support for MO files
  - Dropped Python < 2.7 support
  - Updated docs and README after switch from Bitbucket to Github
