- update to 0.8.1:
  * Enable tests with python setup.py test
  * Also support for python 3.6
  * Fix opensuse's multipython template
  * unify trailing whitespaces in templates
  * Handle no upstream source download URL gracefully
  * Allow packaging custom pypi names via obs-from-pypi.py
