- version update to 2.0.9
  * Run livetests against 2.15.11 and 2.16.6
  * Don't attempt to parse empty response content
  * Raise exception for error status before attempting to parse content
  * Add debug log of response content type, status code and encoding
  * Add a test for PUT request with a json file
  * Bump pytest from 4.2.1 to 4.3.0
