- Update to 3.1.1:
  * Command monitoring support.
  * Configurable error handling for UnicodeDecodeError. 
  * Optional automatic timezone conversion when decoding BSON datetime. 
  * An implementation of GridFSBucket from the new GridFS spec.
  * Compliance with the new Connection String spec.
  * Reduced idle CPU usage in Python 2.
