- Don't use %python3_only command, but properly use alternatives.

- Update to 2.2.0:
  - add missing import_project param
  - types: do not split single value string in ListAttribute
  - add commit GPG signature API
  - add create from template args to ProjectManager
  - add remote mirrors API (#1056)
  - add Gitlab Deploy Token API
  - add Group Import/Export API (#1037)
