Bindings
* Updated bindings with support for the new vSphere 9.0 APIs.

* SoapStubAdapter and the connect.py wrappers now allows passing

pyVmomi.Security.ThumbprintMismatchException.
* Settings: 'legacyThumbprintException' is removed.
