Dirk Mueller 1a4556721e - update to 3.3.6: 
* Catch *TransportError* from httpx and re-raise as
    *ConnectionError* so that httpx transport error exceptions do
    not leak (fixes #109).
  * There was still a comparison issue, fix bad date comparison
    (fixes #107)
