* Python 3.13 is now officially supported.
  * pyOpenSSL's identity extraction has been reimplemented using
    *cryptography*'s primitives instead of deprecated pyOpenSSL
    APIs.
  * As a result, the oldest supported pyOpenSSL version is now
    17.1.0.
