* Replace usage of deprecated imp module with local
    re-implementation in setuptools._imp
 *  Fix pkg_resources.Requirement hash/equality implementation
 * Fix tests when running under python3.10.
 * drop 'deprecated' documentation (test command, ez_setup, EasyInstall)
