* Drop support for Python 3.9-3.10 to match Sphinx.
* Declare support for Python 3.14.
* Add an optional ``--post-build`` flag to run additional commands
after building the documentation.
* Add support for the ``SPHINX_AUTOBUILD_DEBUG`` environment
variable to help with debugging.
