- Update to 5.1
  * Add support for Python 3.12, 3.13.
  * Drop support for Python 3.7, 3.8.
  * Add tests for minimal dependencies.
  * Add ``copy`` extra to include the ``zope.copy`` dependency.
- Adjust upstream source name in spec file
- Drop minimal-dependencies.patch, merged upstream
