- version update to 5.3.0
  - Add support for Python 3.9.
  - Fix `package init file missing` warning
    (`#112 <https://github.com/zopefoundation/zope.testrunner/pull/112>`_).
  - Make standard streams provide a `buffer` attribute on Python 3 when using
    `--buffer` or testing under subunit.
