* Add instructions to build in place
  * Remove pre scriptlet
  * Don't create mtab symlink
  * Don't create /root/.bash_history
  * Don't enable lastlog by default
  * Fix #91: do not accidental unset shell functions

Please file a pull request for any changes. The spec file is also in
git.

For building the package from git you have to adjust the _service
file to point at the right branch, then call
