- update to bluez-4.11:
- Change SCO server socket into a generic one. Should fix
connection issues with headsets.
- Fix uninitialized reply of multiple GetProperties methods.

- Fix memory leaks with HAL messages.
- Add more advanced handsfree features.
- Add properties to audio, input and network interfaces.
- Stop device discovery timer on device removal.
