* be symmetric about differences, A - B := -(B - A) for A < B
  * fix security issue when reading TZMAP_DIR from environment
  * fix printing of negative 0 (-0)
  * fix issue with tzdata transitions in files with leap second
  * adjustments that are now cut off at expiration time (#121)
