- Move headers into -devel subpackage to soothe the corresponding
  rpmlint warning.

- added webpage for source tarballs to specfile

- specfile cleanup 

- added missing copyright to specfile 

- tried to address checkin policy issues for factory

- First build. Version 1.1 + git
