Accepting request 1248938 from multimedia:libs

- Drop pkgconfig(ftgl) BuildRequires: ftgl is unmaintained and libcaca does not actually link to it, despite configure checking for it and finding it. This was originally added to configure in 2008 (commit 9752e82) to be used 'later'.
