Subject: [PATCH] libMirage: SNDFILE filter: instead of a single frame, cache
blocks of 588 frames, which is equivalent of one CD-ROM
audio sector. This way, caching is much more efficient, and
consequently reduces CPU load. Fix for bug #60.
