Accepting request 517013 from devel:languages:ocaml

- Use Group: Development/Languages/OCaml

- Update to version 0.5.2
  Fix non POSIX behavior of cp with links when "recurse:false".
  Test file existence with Unix.LargeFile.lstat in FileUtilRM.

- Wrap specfile conditionals to fix quilt setup

- Remove autodeps for pre openSUSE 12.1 releases
