Fixed TPM support. TPM2_ENABLE & TPM2_CONFIG_ENABLE build flags were changed to TPM_* since upstream commit 07952a962a40.

Without this fix the TPM device support is broken, e.g. in Windows guest TPM device is marked as not working properly in the Device Manager.
