- Update to 9.0 RC1 (8.99.1)
  + memfd support (off by default)
  + refinements to automatic switching to HDMI outputs
  + improvements to our echo canceller (including the addition of
    beamforming)
  + lots of other changes
- Updated dependency webrtc-audio-processing >= 0.2
- Do not mark shell completion includes as configs (solves some
  rpmlint warnings)
