* Dropped Python 3.7 support, added official Python 3.12
    support
  * Updated the documentation and the type hint about
    `ItemAdapter.ADAPTER_CLASSES` to say that subclasses can
    use any iterable, not just `collections.deque`
  * Documented that `Pydantic >= 2` is not supported yet
  * Updated CI configuration
