Dirk Mueller 099ce80570 - update to 0.6.1: ...

* Fix broken ``single_reference=True`` usage.
  * Add ability to compare to Pandas DataFrames and store them as
    HDF5 files
  * Fix ``array_compare`` so that the ``atol`` parameter is
    correctly used with FITS files.
  * Test inside ``pytest_runtest_call`` hook.
- Do not build :test on Python 3.6, due to no NumPy.
