- Update to 0.5.0:
  * Updated package infrastructure. [gh#astropy/pytest-openfiles#29]
  * Force garbage collection before checking for open files.
    [gh#astropy/pytest-openfiles#30]
- remove setup.cfg only in check phase. The package installed into
  %python_sitelib/UNKNOWN* before
- use %pytest macro
