- Update to 6.1.0:
  * Breaking Changes
    + formally drop Python 2 support
    + remove toggleglobalsitepackages command, since virtualenv seems to
      have removed that capability
    + drop ksh support
    + remove python2 from startup logic for finding the python interpreter
    + Updated tested Python versions in README.
  * Features
    + add a --version option to the hook loader
  * Miscellaneous Improvements
    + switch to implicit namespaces
    + modernize packaging
    + Update the tested Python versions to match README
    + Changed workon's env switching to use OR not $?
    + Fix issues for python 3.12
- Switch to autosetup and pyproject macros.
- No more greedy globs in %files.
- Drop patch virtualenvwrapper-4.8.4-python_version.patch, no longer
  required.
