- Update to 4.6.1:
  * Use Unicode symbol for minus in scientific e notation
  * Option to change symbols used for output of digits 10 and 11 in
    duodecimal numbers (use A and B as default digits)
  * Fixes for output of scientific notation using number bases other
    than decimal
