Michael Vetter 9a894e58c3 - Add unixODC-etc-location.patch:

Correct location of odbc.ini and odbcinst.ini in man pages.
  Since we pass --sysconfdir=%{_sysconfdir}/%{name} they are in
  /etc/unixODBC not /etc
