Richard Brown 02be8e06f4 Accepting request 883589 from network:NIS

- Don't build maps beside passwd and group so that people notice
  they have to configure it first.

- Fix tmpfiles.d rule for /etc/ypserv.conf symlink (bsc#1184402).
