- Update to 4.3.0.

  Check WHATSNEW.txt from the main tar ball, the web page, or the samba
  package change log for a detailed list of changes.

- Do not provide and obsolete libpdb0 from libsamba-passdb0; (bnc#942716).

- Configure with --bundled-libraries=NONE; (bso#11458).
