Stephan Kulow 46e8b9e404 Accepting request 307406 from network:samba:STABLE

- Remove the independently built libraries ldb, talloc, tdn, and tevent and
  the post-10.3 renamed libsmbclient from baselibs.conf.

- Drop redundant doc attribute from man pages.
