- Fix desktop file Categories for Tumbleweed.
- Explicitly use Qt5 version of python3-qscintilla in BuildRequires,
  the Qt4 version does not exist in TW, and in Leap we end up with
  a mix of Qt5 and Qt4 dependencies.
