- Fix build of examples, add
  0001-Fix-trlan77-prototype-declaration-in-simplec-example.patch
- Fix occasional MPI check failures on PPC OBS workers, some use
  hwthreads (SMT) for parallelism only.
- Disable OpenMPI 2 and 3 for Tumbleweed, remove OpenMPI 1 from
  _multibuild.
