- Update to glibc 2.18.90 ee7cc3853761:
* More bug fixes
* SystemTap probes for slow multiple precision fallback paths of
transcendental functions have been introduced.
* Preliminary documentation about Multi-Thread, Async-Signal and
Async-Cancel Safety has been added.
* Change powerpc64le start ABI to 2.17
- Add /usr/local/lib64 to ld.so.conf on all lib64 platforms
- Enable profile build for aarch64
