Markéta Machová e86b781354 - Drop AppStream buildrequires and don't run appstreamcli validate ...

as part of the build process: the appdata.xml is not updated by
  source directly, so we have more contol. Having Appstream or the
  deprecated appstream-glib result in a build cycle.
