- Update to version 1.2.8
  * Add new inflateGetDictionary() function
  * Fix bug where gzopen() immediately followed by gzclose()
    would write an empty file instead of an empty gzip stream.
  * Fix bug in gzclose() when gzwrite() runs out of memory
