	Fix a problem with the PLT reduction changes which caused the
	internal aliases to lose all attributes.

	* glib/glib.symbols: Add attribute annotations.
	* glib/makegalias.pl: Keep attribute annotations, but strip PRIVATE.
	* glib/Makefile.am (glib.def): Strip attribute annotations, but keep
	PRIVATE.
