825ae55629 - update to version 2.4.0: 
* Improved desktop environment integration
  * The new "Exec Editor" makes editing command arguments easier
  * Help dialogs replace the wall-of-text tooltips
  * Separators are displayed in the sidebar again
  * Numerous UX tweaks make MenuLibre easier on the eyes
- use the pyproject macros, as using python install is going to be
  deprecated
