- Support mkiv as well as lmtx ConTeXt formats 

- Enlarge main memory of xmltex to get a format 

- Modify patch source-warns.dif
  * Remove change for decNumber.h from icu library source
    as it is incompatible with icu 72 ans above
- Add patch source-decNumber.dif
  * make libmp and libcu using the same decNumber scheme to
    get e.g. bibtex8 working on all architectures
- Add patch luametatex.dif
  * Also use the same decNumber scheme here
- Add patch biblatex-ms-missing.dif
  * Allow two biber binbaries with different perl includes
- Add patch biblatex-ms-encoding.dif
  * Make it work
- Delete patch biber-missing-semicolon.patch now upstream

- Update to final TeXLive 2023
- Do not touch libs/icu/icu-src/source/i18n/decNumber.h in
  source-warns.dif as otherwise libicu does not compile

- Update to pretest TeXLive 2023

- Make it build even on ppc64le
